Solid Wood Flooring

Solid wood flooring is supplied either unfinished or prefinished and comes in 3 main types of products,

  • Parquet
  • Plank
  • Strip

Solid wood flooring has good acoustic properties and can be sanded and re-finished when ever is necessary. We fit solid wood flooring either with ‘secret nails’ or adhered directly to the sub floor.

Engineered Flooring

Engineered flooring is built from layers which are adhered together with a hardwood finish layer on top. This construction ensures that natural movement is kept to a minimum and it gives stability allowing the floor to be installed as a floating floor directly onto concrete or timber sub floors.
